Well, it’s finally here! YAY!
I’ve been wanting to give the ParaPro website a proper upgrade for a long time, and over the last few months I’ve been slowly putting this one together.
Alongside flying tandems in Europe, this became my winter project. And considering I’m definitely not a web developer, this is my first real attempt at building a website from scratch, so I’m pretty excited to finally put it out there.
The old website had definitely reached the point where it needed an update. But this wasn’t just about making it look a bit better. I wanted the new website to better represent what ParaPro is becoming, how I want to teach, and what I think good training should look like.
There’s a lot more information here about the different training options, what you can expect, and where you can go after getting started. I’ve also tried to make it easier to find the information you actually need without having to dig through endless pages.
But this is only the beginning.
I’m hoping to keep the blog alive with a mixture of paragliding and paramotoring content, including things I’m learning, flying, testing or simply finding interesting enough to share. There’ll hopefully be some videos, photos, tips, stories and maybe the occasional bit of completely random flying-related stuff too.
The idea is for this to become somewhere you can come back to, rather than just a website you visit once when you’re looking for a course.
Hopefully there’ll be plenty of useful stuff here over the coming months. If there’s something you’d like to see, let me know.
Thanks for checking out the new site, and I hope you enjoy it!
